Job Description
Our premier firm helps clients resolve their business disputes in an efficient streamlined and cost-effective manner. Over many decades of experience the partners and professional staff of JB have become known for a unique combination of corporate sophistication and genuine approachability.
This integral position in the firm will manage case files to formulate next course of action and represent the firm at pre-trials trials mediations and other court appearances.
Qualified candidates:
- One (1) to three (3) years of civil litigation experience.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the Creditors Rights or Collection fields preferred.
- Experience working in a fast pace high volume environment
- Experience creating persuasive communications materials
- Strong investigative skills to uncover facts causes of action and determine next steps
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work as part of a team.
- Computer skills including Word Excel and Outlook
Education/Training/Experience:
- Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)
- OH license required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Subrogation or insurance experience a plus
