A premium fine dining establishment in Malta is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations ensure top-tier guest experiences and lead a passionate front and back-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage restaurant operations staffing service and client satisfaction

Lead train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service

Monitor performance metrics cost control and inventory

Requirements:

5 years in a leadership role within fine dining or high-end hospitality
