Support Worker Brand New Care Home

12.50 per hour

Shifts: Mixed Shifts (Rotation of day and night shifts)

Are you a kind patient and reliable person looking to make a real impact in peoples lives

Our client is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join their team at a small friendly residential home for adults with learning disabilities. Youll support residents with their daily routines encourage independence and help create a safe engaging and caring environment.

Whether youre helping someone cook a meal attend a community activity or simply enjoy their day with dignity and respect no two days are the same and every interaction matters.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in a care or support role (essential)
  • A kind empathetic and respectful approach
  • Confidence supporting adults with learning disabilities autism or complex needs
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Right to work in the UK (this employer does not offer sponsorship)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support with daily routines including personal care meals and activities
  • Help residents develop life skills and promote independence
  • Support individuals with communication emotional needs and community inclusion
  • Record accurate care notes and report concerns promptly
  • Foster a safe respectful and inclusive home environment
  • Work collaboratively with a small supportive team
