Your Role: Outside Sales Rep/Design Consultant
As a vital member of our team youll be instrumental in our operations:
- Relationship Building: Forge connections with pre-qualified homeowners (yes we generate leads and set appointments for you) and occasionally generate your own leads.
- Consultative Approach: Present our industry-leading products through sales presentations utilizing our patented iPad software to design customized window and door solutions that meet homeowners needs.
- Deal Closer: Prepare quotes close deals and fulfill homeowners needs by turning their vision into reality.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills and increase your sales performance.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Customer-Centric: Your focus is on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service.
- Driven & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a knack for achieving results.
- Education & Abilities: A college degree or a combination of education and experience along with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
