The Organization
Houston Community College (HCC) is composed of 14Centers of Excellence and numerous satellite centers that serve the diverse communities in the Greater Houston area by preparing individuals to live and work in an increasingly international and technological society. EDUCATION
Bachelors degree. Eight (8) years directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years relevant program experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Possess ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with members of the business community in order to identify employment opportunities
Possess skills and abilities to design and implement job placement-training programs
Excellent organizational and communication skills required
Facilitation and training skills
Knowledge of current workforce issues and trends
Ability to interact effectively with diverse population
