Job Description
A globally recognized food industry brand on a mission to deliver scalable secure and resilient digital platforms for clients worldwide is building cloud-first solutions and enhancing operational excellence through automation monitoring and DevOps best practices. We are helping them scale their Krakow office.
As a Finance Systems Administrator you will join a cross-functional international environment where youll play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our clients global finance systems landscape. Youll be responsible for ensuring that platforms such as D365 F&O NetSuite Power BI and other key tools operate reliably and effectively to support the needs of our Finance organization.
In this role youll act as the primary bridge between Finance and IT working closely with global and regional finance teams including clients Shared Services Centre in Poland and the EU Finance team as well as technical stakeholders from data integration infrastructure and business intelligence. Youll also collaborate with Procurement and coordinate with external software vendors to ensure system continuity performance and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations maintenance and updates of all Finance Systems including D365 F&O NetSuite Power BI Jet Reports Power Apps Blackline and Medius.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot technical or functional issues.
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and support requirement gathering and scoping activities.
- Document new processes and ensure proper training for system users.
- Offer expert guidance on enhancements to existing technologies and tools.
- Maintain relationships with software vendors and technology partners.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to support business needs.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a finance systems-focused role.
- Min 1 year of experience in D365 Finance and Operations - preferably.
- Working knowledge of Power BI.
- Intermediate in SQL.
- Excel skills including VBA.
- Experience with API integrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps.
- A degree in Accounting.
- Certifications in SQL Server or data-related technologies.
