About the role
As our Senior Accountant / Team Leader Business Services & Tax youll work closely with the Manager and broader team to:
- Manage workflow and review technical outputs across compliance and advisory
- Ensure 100% accuracy timeliness and top-quality client deliverables
- Prepare and review tax returns (individuals companies trusts partnerships)
- Oversee BAS GST PAYG and corporate tax compliance
- Conduct financial analysis forecasting and reporting
- Deliver strategic tax and financial advice
- Liaise with clients over email (answering basic queries acquiring documents etc.)
- Lead and mentor junior and intermediate staff
- Contribute to process improvement and help shape how the business grows
- Be hands-on and lead by example with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative mindset
- Bring a long-term career mindset with interest in managing an offshore team in the future

What were looking for
Must-Haves:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Minimum 5 years in Australian public practice
- At least 2 years in a leadership workflow or review capacity
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax law AASB standards and compliance
- Confident using Xero Excel MYOB QuickBooks and tax tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with FYI Docs or similar DMS
- A natural mentor with a warm approachable style
- Strong process improvement mindset
- Comfortable working across a range of industries and client sizes
- A long-term mindset and excitement for future leadership opportunities
Salary:
- Starting salary of PHP 110000/month depending on your experience and the skills you bring to the table.
