You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently supporting our client in Malta in the search for a Finance Administrative Assistant to join their Finance & Administration Team. This is a full-time position offering flexible working hours from Monday to Friday totaling 40 hours per week.
Process vendor invoices and payments using the SAP accounting system.
Execute payment runs in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide administrative support including data collection and input maintaining high standards of accuracy and care.
Perform related tasks as required by management to support the companys operations and ensure confidentiality.
Maintain and organize both paper-based and digital files folders and archives.
Assist in the creation and upkeep of internal process notes and manuals.
Minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting role.
Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage ongoing tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to meeting internal deadlines and supporting internal stakeholders.
Adaptable reliable and open to change.
A naturally inquisitive mindset with professional skepticism.
Experience in a similar industry or administrative finance role.
Level 5 Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
