Responsibilities:
- Scoping of Non-Development CRs: Lead client discussions to understand business change requests such as training needs new company setups ISV integrations and configuration packs translate business requirements into functional documents.
- CR Estimation & Handover: Collaborate with technical teams to estimate time and effort clearly define functional assumptions and scope boundaries provide the Account Manager with formal scope and estimates for quoting.
- Delivery of Non-Development CRs: Coordinate and deliver training sessions manage functional configurations and setup activities ensure deliverables are completed and logged for support/closure.
- Support & Escalations: Act as a senior SME for L2/L3 functional support issues liaise with clients to confirm issue understanding and guide technical troubleshooting when needed.
- Best Practice Reviews (Functional): Review client setups (posting groups dimensions user roles permissions) and deliver improvement reports advise clients on functional use of standard features vs. customizations.
Qualifications:
- Strong CR documentation and estimation experience.
- Hands-on configuration and training delivery capabilities.
- Capable of acting as a bridge between business needs and technical feasibility.
- 3-5 years experience on the same domain.
