Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior SEO and Social Media Manager with 9 years of expertise in driving organic growth managing comprehensive social media strategies and leading successful digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with deep knowledge of SEO social media trends and audience engagement strategies. This role involves leadership advanced technical skills and the ability to align digital strategies with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution:
Design and lead advanced SEO strategies to drive significant organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Conduct comprehensive audits implement technical SEO solutions and ensure website performance aligns with best practices.
Lead keyword research and optimize large-scale content strategies across multiple platforms.
Oversee link-building campaigns partnerships and outreach efforts for domain authority growth.
Analyze performance metrics create in-depth reports and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Stay ahead of industry trends algorithm changes and innovations in search optimization tools and technologies.
Social Media Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute innovative multi-channel social media strategies that align with brand objectives and engage target audiences.
Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists and content creators to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Lead the creation of platform-specific content strategies including for emerging platforms like TikTok and Threads.
Monitor and analyze social media KPIs providing detailed insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop paid and organic social campaigns that enhance brand visibility and foster community growth.
Act as the brand voice across platforms ensuring consistent messaging and tone.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing design sales) to align SEO and social media efforts with company goals.
Provide leadership in managing budgets for SEO and social media campaigns.
Lead training sessions and workshops to upskill team members in SEO and social media best practices.
Manage agency relationships or external vendors ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Innovative Digital Marketing Coordination:
Develop holistic strategies that integrate SEO social media content marketing and paid campaigns for maximum impact.
Test and implement emerging technologies and tools to enhance performance and reporting.
Optimize the customer journey by leveraging user insights from SEO and social media data.
Qualifications and Skills:
Between 3 to 8 years of professional experience in SEO social media management and digital marketing.
Expertise in advanced SEO strategies including technical on-page and off-page optimization.
Proven success in managing multi-channel social media campaigns and growing online communities.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Moz Hootsuite Buffer and social media advertising platforms.
Strong project management and leadership skills with experience managing teams and vendors.
Advanced understanding of paid social campaigns including strategy execution and performance tracking.
Solid knowledge of HTML CSS CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and e-commerce SEO optimization (if applicable).
Outstanding analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
A strong creative vision with the ability to align digital marketing with brand goals.
