Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Vadodara on a full-time basis. This role demands a seasoned professional who can enhance our quality assurance processes ensuring compliance with international standards. Candidates must be proficient in relevant documentation and possess a strong understanding of CAPAs SOPs and APQRs to thrive in this challenging position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in quality assurance ideally in a consultancy or recruitment setting to uphold our high standards.
- Proficiency in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to identify and mitigate potential quality issues effectively.
- Strong ability to develop review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring consistent quality practices.
- Expertise in Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of processes.
- Exceptional documentation skills ensuring precision and compliance in all records and reports.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data for quality improvement and provide detailed insights.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate quality standards to all stakeholders and work collaboratively within the team.
- A proactive approach to quality assurance focusing on continuous improvement and best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of quality assurance programs aligned with industry standards and client expectations.
- Lead efforts in developing and maintaining comprehensive CAPAs and ensure their effective execution within the organization.
- Draft update and enforce SOPs to uphold consistent quality across all operational activities.
- Conduct detailed Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) to assess and enhance product and process quality.
- Ensure meticulous documentation practices are followed and all quality records are maintained accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Train staff on quality procedures standards and changes in regulatory requirements.
