Job Title: Front-End Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end technologies and a passion for crafting intuitive and visually engaging web experiences. This role requires working in night or rotational shifts supporting global projects and ensuring seamless user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks like React and
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to implement highly functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Work with Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion to create seamless animations and modern designs
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve application performance and user experience
- Follow coding best practices and maintain clean organized and reusable code
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
Key Skills & Technologies:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript
- Experience with and frameworks
- Proficient in using Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development
- Familiarity with Framer Motion for animation and transitions
- Understanding of responsive design cross-browser compatibility and web performance
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
