UK Operations Manager Cleanroom & Cold Room Installations
Location: UK-based (with nationwide travel)
Sector: Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Construction
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist construction contractor operating in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This well-established company is experiencing continued growth and is now looking to appoint a UK Operations Manager to oversee cleanroom and cold room installation projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations or project manager to step into a key leadership role within a technically focused and fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all operational aspects of UK-based projects ensuring delivery to programme budget and quality standards
Manage and coordinate site teams subcontractors materials and logistics
Liaise closely with commercial and senior management teams on forecasting resource planning and performance monitoring
Maintain strict compliance with all health & safety and GMP regulations
Act as the key client liaison throughout the project lifecycle
Support ongoing business development tendering and strategic growth initiatives
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in a senior operational or project management role within construction
Background in cleanroom cold room HVAC M&E or similar technical installations is highly desirable
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences environment including regulatory and compliance requirements
Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills
Willingness to travel nationwide as required
