We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing experienced full-time Lifestyle Officer to support the emotional and physical wellbeing of our residents and make a positive contribution to their daily lives.

About the role
Our staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging compassionate and considerate to their individual needs preferences identity culture & diversity.
Our person-centred approach focuses on maximising the quality of life for each and every resident so if you are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents we would love to hear from you!
Skills & Experience
- Certificate IV Leisure & Health
- Must be outgoing energetic and highly creative!
- Ability to manage plan and deliver a variety of quality activities
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a Lifestyle role and care planning
- An understanding of Dementia Support
- Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Display initiative integrity and a strong work ethic
- Hold a current Police Check
