Job Description

About the Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Analyst/ Developer to join our friendly firm. We are looking for someone who is proactive well organised and has the drive and capacity to succeed. The position will report into the Development Team Lead.

While this role is based in our Sydney CBD office at Bartier Perry we all have the opportunity to work flexibly.

This position Involves:

  • Management of the Practice Management System (Aderant Expert)
  • Administration of the Document Management System (iManage)
  • Development and support of SSRS & Power BI reports
  • Development and maintenance of applications and tools
  • Implementation of automated document templates

About you:

You will be a mature minded proactive team player who has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently to organise their workload to meet tight deadlines. You will also be able to work in a team environment. You will need to demonstrate:

  • Ideally 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar position ideally in professional services or legal services
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure maintaining flexibility and accuracy
  • Strong technical skills

Required skills:

  • .NET development preferably C#
  • SQL server database administration stored procedures views
  • VB Scripting HTML
  • Document Assembly coding
  • Workflow development desirable
  • SSRS and Power BI development desirable
  • Azure DevOps desirable
  • SharePoint and Exchange Online desirable
