Job Description
The Elementary School Teacher - Grade 3 fulfills the mission of Saint Agatha School by providing instruction within the framework of the schools philosophy organization and policies.- Plan prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons to Grade 3 students.- Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students.- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum instructional materials and assessments.- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences in the classroom.- Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed.- Foster a love for learning by making connections to real-world applications.- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in elementary education.- Teach prescribed Religion curriculum to students each day.
