We are looking for professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsand a solid background in Javaor any formal programming language. Our primary need is for Java developerswho can understand complex problems analyze requirements and design effective solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
Backend Development:
Strong proficiency in Java
Exposure to J2EE architecture(JSP Servlets) is a plus
Data Persistence:
Experience working with relational databasessuch as MySQL SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Code Quality & Performance:
Ability to write production-ready efficient and maintainable code
Strong understanding of design principles and memory constraints
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in collaborative and agile environments
Good-to-Have Skills:
Code Quality:Unit testing frameworks (JUnit TestNG)
Authentication & Identity Management:Experience with SAML OAuth
Containers & Web Servers:Apache Tomcat Nginx
Caching:Hazelcast or similar caching technologies
Tooling:Experience with JIRA and Confluencefor project tracking and documentation
Software Design & Architecture:
Exposure to design patternsand best practices
Experience working on large codebases
