Salary - Upto - 9.6 LPA
Location - Pune
Job Description
Develop detailed project plans timelines and work schedules for PEB & industrial construction projects.
Utilize best practices from competitor experience to improve project execution efficiency.
Coordinate with design procurement and construction teams for smooth workflow. Ensure PEB structural designs align with industry standards and client requirements.
Work with design engineers to optimize steel structures foundations and load-bearing capacities.
Implement value engineering strategies to reduce project costs based on competitor methodologies. Identify and collaborate with reliable suppliers and subcontractors for steel structures roofing and fabrication.
Leverage relationships from competitor experience to secure better material pricing and contracts.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to prevent project project budgets forecasts and cost estimations.
Monitor project expenses and reduce unnecessary costs by adopting cost-saving techniques used by competitors.
Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure the project stays within budget.
