Healthcare Assistant 12.60 per hour

Shifts Available: Day or Night Shifts

Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a passion for supporting older adults in a nurturing and high-quality care home environment

Our client is seeking kind dedicated and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join their exceptional team. Youll be working in a beautifully designed care home with elegant interiors and tranquil gardens where delivering person-centred care with dignity and compassion is at the heart of everything.

What Were Looking For

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting (essential)
  • A kind respectful and professional approach to care
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK (this employer does not offer sponsorship)

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support with daily routines such as washing dressing and mobility
  • Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
  • Monitor residents wellbeing and report changes to senior staff
  • Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning
  • Support residents emotional and physical needs through meaningful interaction
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe warm and welcoming home
