Responsibilities
In this role you would be pivotal in connecting our clients strategic goals with the way we build and deliver products. It combines Agile expertise (especially Scrum) client-facing leadership and a practical understanding of business analysis. You would help ensure were delivering maximum valuealigned with client objectives timelines and technology strategy.
- Champion Agile practices within the team leading Scrum ceremonies with efficiency and effectiveness ensuring a seamless flow in our Agile processes.
- Forge strong lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering value and understanding their business imperatives.
- Translate complex client needs into actionable development tasks prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with product owners balancing business impact technical feasibility and user satisfaction.
- Take charge of the product deliverys quality advocating for excellence and reliability in every solution delivered to our clients.
- Oversee project budgets and schedules ensuring optimal resource allocation and on-time delivery while also managing and mentoring project personnel.
Qualifications
- Post secondary education in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems related field or equivalent experience.
- 4 years plus experience in software application delivery preferably as a Scrum Master Agile Coach or Business Analyst.
- Certifications in Project Management or Agile methodologies (e.g. PMP CSPO PSPO CSM PSM) are highly preferred.
- Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience in facilitating sprint ceremonies.
- Exceptional at translating business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Demonstrated capability in fostering strong client relationships and understanding their business goals.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing project teams and budgets.
- Experience with low-code platforms particularly OutSystems.
- OutSystems Delivery Specialist Certification.
