An Opportunity
Luther College invites applications for the role of HR Business Partner. This is a full-time ongoing opportunity for an experienced and relationally driven human resources professional who is passionate about contributing to a high-performing and values-aligned workplace culture.
As a trusted advisor the HR Business Partner works in close collaboration with the Principal and senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR services. This role is not one of isolation but of meaningful partnership supporting leaders across the college to achieve organisational goals through best-practice people management.
You will play a central role in workforce planning recruitment and retention organisational design employee relations and performance and change management. Additionally you will drive the implementation of the Colleges HR strategy and ensure alignment with policy culture and compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will bring strong strategic insight excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to build trust empower others and navigate complexity in a values-based educational environment.
