Whats the role
Lead strategic marketing across consumer portfolios and segmentsowning both above-the-line and below-the-line activity. Youll guide a high-performing team influence cross-functional delivery and drive full-funnel campaigns that accelerate commercial growth.
What do I need
- Strong leadership skills with extensive experience coaching and leading marketing teams
- Expertise in portfolio and segment marketing with hands-on experience across ATL BTL and digital channels
- Strategic and executional strength in delivering full-funnel marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes through consumer-focused marketing
- Ability to connect data insights and creative to influence decision-making at all levels including executive level
- Confidence working in complex matrix environments and delivering results across diverse stakeholders
