Sundance Property Management is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team in Florence AL!

• Pay: $15.00-$18.00/hour depending on experience

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
• Previous grounds keeping experience
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining aesthetically pleasing and functional common area spaces
• Light landscaping disposing of trash daily seasonal grounds clearing pressure washing and light housekeeping of buildings floors by sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Gathers and empties trash.
• Follows procedures to ensure safe use of chemical cleaners.
• Observes precautions required to protect Company property and report damage theft and found articles to the Property Manager.
• Completes maintenance work as assigned.
