Job Description
BTN is a dynamic and growing organization with a beautifully landscaped compound designed to foster a green tranquil environment. With state-of-the-art gardening tools and facilities we re looking for a skilled and passionate Gardener to join our maintenance team and help keep our green spaces flourishing.
- Maintain lawns trees shrubs flower beds and decorative landscapes across the compound.
- Operate and maintain modern gardening equipment including mowers trimmers hedge cutters irrigation systems and other tools.
- Monitor plant health and treat diseases or pests using eco-friendly solutions.
- Plan and implement seasonal planting and landscaping improvements.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and supplies.
- Collaborate with facility management to support events or special landscaping projects.
- Gate manning support
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Gardener Grounds-keeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture plant care and landscaping practices.
- Ability to operate and maintain modern gardening machinery.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Basic communication skills: ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
- Certification in horticulture or landscaping (not required but an advantage).
- Experience working in corporate or estate settings.
