Work Schedule:
40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Hybrid work schedule eligible. This role requires occasional night and weekend hours to support events philanthropy and representing MOPOP; some travel may be required.
Salary:
$75000 $90000
Position Summary
The Strategic Partnerships Sponsorship Managers focus is on generating revenue through the development of corporate sponsorships and memberships and securing new business opportunities to drive incremental revenue forMOPOP. The Manager is responsible for pipeline development outreach discovery meetings custom asset and proposal development program coordination and relationship management. This position is intended to be strategically driven to consider both the needs ofMOPOPand its partners and find mission aligned solutions. The Manager will report to the Vice President Marketing Strategy Sponsorship and work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team.

This regular full-time position includes Medical/Vision insurance Dental insurance Life/AD&D/LTD insurance 3.08 hours of accrued Vacation per bi-weekly pay period Seattle Sick/Safe 7 Floating Holidays (prorated first year dependent on hire date) 8 Company Holidays paid throughout the year EAP 401k plan with vested match schedule once eligible and subsidized transportation benefits for Orca Pass or parking.
