The Role
The Fidelity Charitable organization is seeking a motivated Senior Manager with a passion for building Fraud Prevention strategies and managing business critical Fraud Prevention projects across the organization. This is an individual contributor role.
Defining and maintaining Fraud Prevention work items backlog influence the prioritization of work items across product teams based on fraud risks customer experience and operational efficiency needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data to support decision making and measure solution efficacy against Fraud Prevention.
Setting strategic direction for Fraud Prevention of Charitable products. Providing clarity on user stories and acceptance criteria to the product and engineering team.
Supervising the resolution of Fraud related system incidents.
Collaborating with Enterprise Fraud Cyber Security and Risk teams to understand and anticipate their requirements and translate them into product requirements for each Charitable technology workstreams.
Working in an agile environment refine priorities and outline expectations. Being open to change and ready to adjust based on feedback. Coordinating sprints and releases across Product Areas. Serving as the technical liaison to the supported business groups.
Producing Fraud Prevention metrics and using them to identify improvement opportunities. Preparing business presentations to demonstrate results and alignment to expected outcomes. Building monthly reports.
Staying informed about new technologies and product features and how they can be used to our advantage.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
The Senior Manager Fraud Prevention will create strategies and lead the development of Fraud Prevention related technology features through tight collaboration with product owners and software development teams across the Charitable organization. As a Senior Manager you will be managing and analyzing cyber fraud related incidents craft actionable strategies for Fraud Prevention oversee the delivery of Fraud Prevention technology projects executed by all product teams and measure cyberFraud Prevention efficacy in Fidelity Charitable.
Understanding of fraud landscape business use cases money movement payments and account maintenance customer experiences and brokerage platforms capabilities.
Proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage influence and inspire partners and team members to drive collaboration and alignment through positive relationships.
Background managing cyber security related hot fixes and projects.
Balanced technical engineering/architecture knowledge and business acuity.
Bachelors degree and 5 years of product development experience.
