Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in a dynamic industrial environment Hitachi Energy is looking for an IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to support our Jefferson City location. In this role youll be the go-to expert for delivering robust secure and efficient IT infrastructure that powers our operations and supports our global mission of advancing a sustainable energy future.
Youll work at the intersection of technology and operations leading infrastructure projects managing cybersecurity responses and ensuring compliance with global standards. This is your chance to make a real impact in a high-visibility role that blends hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
15 years of experience in IT with 3 years in infrastructure or project leadership
Proven experience in Shared Services IT and Factory IT environments
Strong technical knowledge of hardware software networking and control systems
Skilled in stakeholder engagement project execution and compliance
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Familiarity with ServiceNow MS Azure and ITIL 4 preferred
IT/OT DMZ Demilitarized
How Youll Make an Impact
Lead and manage networks infrastructure delivery projects on-site
Provide technical support for business-critical infrastructure systems
Coordinate cybersecurity responses and ensure rapid recovery
Resolve and escalate infrastructure-related issues
Conduct internal audits and remediate compliance gaps
Optimize infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency
Collaborate with global IT teams and local stakeholders
Ensure alignment with ITIL and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
