What Youll Do
The YWCA IT Department is responsible for managing the technology infrastructure for 20 Sites across the City of Seattle King and Snohomish Counties. We manage over 350 users and devices throughout the agency in support of our mission.
The IT Business Systems Administrator is a hybrid role bridging a traditional Business Analyst and Systems Administrator. This individual isresponsible for analyzing YWCA business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing and maintaining the IT Systems related to those processes specifically relating to applicationmanagement SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 Platform.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems in a Non-Profit environment.
Note:This is a hybrid position with a certain percentage of time spent working remotely and a certain percentage of time spent working out of a YWCA office.
