About The Opportunity

Programmeds Facility Management department are currently seeking a qualified Carpenter tojoin our Housing NSW Operations Team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team that provides reactive proactive and general maintenance throughout the facilities. This position is responsible forundertaking carpenter associated works for preventative maintenance general reactive maintenance and programmed upgrades/modifications across various residential sites.

Nature of the position: Carpenter

Location: Attending to various properties; however Head Office is Parramatta

Reporting Line: Contract Manager

About You

To join our team you will have proven industry experience preferably on major commercial and industrial sites a can-do attitude and a passion for quality work. Additionally you will have:

• A trade qualification in Carpentry/Joinery
• Current drivers license & white card
• Execute work that is of a high standard
• Ability to maintain in-vehicle component/parts stock levels
• Administrative ability to maintain and submit job cost labour allocations
• Highly motivated
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality environmental occupational health and safety management systems
