Job Description:As a Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that will expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target industries and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling networking social media and email marketing.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients understanding their needs and presenting our services in a way that addresses their pain points.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals including proposal development contract negotiation and client onboarding.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends competitive landscape and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work with the marketing and development teams to create targeted campaigns and offers that align with client needs and market demands.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports on lead generation conversion rates and sales performance.
  • Networking: Attend industry events conferences and meetups to network and promote the companys services.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role within the software development or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and software development services.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
