Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Cheltenham - Realistice 35k OTE Pool Car
This is a rare and genuinely fantastic opportunity to join this leading independent Estate Agency brand based in the heart of Cheltenham. They have built up an impressive and extremely successful business over the last several years and have won multiple industry awards! They are looking for a Sales Negotiator who is hungry to sell lots of properties and earn lots of commission! They will also consider candidates who have done Lettings.
Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will involve:
- Registering applicants and matching to suitable properties
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Providing feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
- Sales progression through to completion
- Selling other services including financial services and conveyancing
Essential Skills Required:
- Estate Agency Sales Negotiating experience preferred
- Well presented
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills
- Full driving licence
Working Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays with day off in lieu
