The Opportunity
We are growing our team and currently recruiting for Journeyman & Apprentice Welders to join our dynamic safety-focused industrial crew in Dawson Creek British Columbia.
We are looking for:
- Journeyman Welders with proven experience in industrial settings
- Registered Apprentices working toward their certification
- Individuals with previous industrial or mechanical experience who are looking to start an apprenticeship - were open to helping you take the next step in your career

What Will You Do
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform welding using SMAW GMAW FCAW and MCAW techniques
- Cut grind drill and stamp materials as needed
- Conduct equipment maintenance in line with company and industry standards
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate project progress with your supervisor
What You Bring
- Journeyperson Welder certification or active Apprenticeship status
- Valid safety certifications: AWP Fall Arrest Confined Space WHMIS
- Industrial or mechanical experience
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Bonus: Experience operating zoom boom skid steer forklift or overhead crane
