What Youll Be Doing
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales in casual leasing media and activations
- Manage the casual mall leasing program to complement the centres retail and marketing strategy
- Align leasing and activation activity with seasonal campaigns community events and sponsorships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses national brands and event partners
- Track performance through budgets forecasts and reporting identifying opportunities for growth
What Youll Bring
Youre someone with:
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills including experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication negotiation and networking abilities
- Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Outlook)
- A proactive can-do attitude and the ability to deliver under pressure
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field (business marketing property etc.) desirable but not essential
