Job Description
We have an exciting senior-level opportunity for a front-end architect with a flair for design strategy and a deep understanding of council processes. Youll take the lead on a newly awarded multi-residential project in Parramatta working directly with the client to reshape the design and guide the scheme through to DA approval.
This design competition-winning project involves a faade and services redesign with some internal layout changes to better optimise apartment mix and floorplates. Its a role that blends creativity rigour and client engagement perfect for someone who enjoys the early stages of a project and wants to shape its direction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead front-end design strategy and presentation work
Coordinate with client and consultants throughout redesign
Manage DA submission and liaise with council
Adapt internal apartment layouts to maximise planning outcomes
Oversee early-stage design development and documentation setup
About You
7 years of experience in multi-residential projects
Strong design portfolio and DA experience
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with planning controls and SEPP guidelines
ArchiCAD proficiency essential
