As a Concierge you will be responsible for in-store guest experience handling guest requests anticipating their needs and delighting them with every are looking for someone who is dependable loves peopleand building relationships on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile
- Determine each guests needs by engaging in conversation and asking questions
- Give guided tours of the dealership
- Represent the Lexus brand well by exhibiting exceptional customer service skillsand positive energy
- Lead by example and be a team player
Requirements:
- Strong business communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to difficult situations
- Customer service mentality
- Must be professional in appearance and conduct
- Must have a friendly upbeat attitude and be a team player
