Job Responsibilities

This position is located in the Office of Financial Regulations and Solvencys Examinations Division.

Job Duties:

The Financial Examinations Intern will perform clerical tasks as needed on a daily basis to include but not limited to:

Requesting /securing examination related information from both internal and external sources

Preparing Report on Examination templates

Downloading information from NAIC/other sources into Teammate and into examiner specific files

Performs routine examination functions applicable to all examinations ( examples: Agreeing Trial Balances to Annual Financial Statements verifying business insurance coverages comparing CPA reports to Annual Statements)

Reviewing and analyzing various financial reports

Scheduling meetings and recording/preparing meeting minutes

Preparing and submitting weekly examination time reports to CFE

Making copies





Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and relevant program experience.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelors degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

Educational Credentials:
