Position at LINK Property Management

Schedule 11pm-7am Sunday and Monday

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic fast-paced environment We are looking for a Valet Attendant to join our team! Under general direction the Valet Attendant will be responsible for greeting residents parking and retrieving vehicles and supporting daily operational duties in collaboration with our concierge team.

Key Responsibilities:

Valet Services
  • Greet residents and guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude
  • Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles
  • Operate both standard stick shift and advanced tech vehicles (e.g. Tesla BMW)
  • Maintain organized key control and knowledge of vehicle locations
  • Assist guests with luggage or heavy items as needed
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property and monitor security cameras
  • Inspect vehicles and report any damage with appropriate documentation and photos
Daily Operations
  • Collaborate with concierge and building management teams
  • Log detailed shift notes in Building Link
  • Answer phones relay messages and assist with resident requests
  • Support building services such as grocery key and package delivery
  • Participate in training of new team members and assist with management projects
  • Follow established protocols and procedures (Book of Secrets Building Link etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Qualifications:

  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to drive manual transmission and tech-equipped vehicles
  • General vehicle knowledge (e.g. tire inflation jump-starting a battery)
  • Prior hospitality customer service or security experience preferred
  • Strong communication problem-solving and time management skills
  • Must be detail-oriented dependable and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand walk and move throughout the property for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
  • Work will take place both indoors (lobby area) and outdoors (garage parking lot) in varying weather conditions
