Work arrangements:
Contract: 12-month contract of mandate
Model: hybrid (2 days per week from the office located next to Rondo ONZ after onboarding)
Hours: min. 30h per week
Your role
Review and post invoices and travel expenses
Check quality of supporting documentation
Communicate with business regarding coding of invoices follow global policies and guidelines
Work with the business to have invoices approved chase approvers when required
Act as a contact point for Vendors and Employees
Maintain vendor files
Your experience
Fluent English
Started or graduated with a university degree in finance or professional accounting course
Quality oriented attention to detail and accuracy
Customer focused and service orientated
Ability to cope with changing priorities of the team and fluctuating volumes
Well organized works efficiently under pressure
