The Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Competency Administrator to join our national civil and rail team. Based in our Seven Hills Office (NSW) and on client sites across NSW this pivotal role focuses on fostering a safe compliant and well-trained workforce within the civil and rail sector.
You will oversee the implementation of safety policies ensure RIW Pegasus compliance and engage with regulatory bodies to maintain alignment with industry standards. Acting as a key contact for competency matters you will provide valuable insights and deliver actionable reporting to management.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on civil and rail safety and compliance while working collaboratively with diverse teams across the industry.
