Job Description

On-Site Inside Sales Representative - Washington Legal Group

Location: Atlanta GA (On-site)

Hours: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:30 PM EST

Compensation: $50000 per year bonuses

Our practice focuses on personal injury family law business litigation and government affairs and we approach every case with empathy dedication and strategic legal insight.

Were looking for a driven personable and results-oriented Inside Sales / Client Engagement Specialist to join our team on-site in Atlanta. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment is motivated by growth and impact and wants to be the first point of contact for individuals facing life-changing legal situations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Conversion: Use your communication skills to guide prospective clients from first contact to signed representation agreements.
  • Consult & Close: Conduct consultations with warm qualified leads and secure signed representation agreements.
  • Follow-Up: Reconnect with previously consulted leads when needed to close the loop and get them over the finish line
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Keep detailed records of consultations signed clients and follow-up needs in the CRM
  • Performance Driven: Meet and exceed conversion targets while maintaining professionalism empathy and urgency
  • Client Engagement: Establish trust and rapport with potential clients many of whom are navigating complex and emotional legal matters.

Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales or client services role; experience in legal healthcare or high-empathy sales environments preferred. (B2C -To correct)
  • Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
  • Closing Skills: Comfortable leading prospects to decisions and converting conversations into clients.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications.
  • Work Ethic: Punctual reliable and motivated by both client impact and performance.
