Chili is looking for a hungry fast-moving Designer.
Chili is a leading data-driven performance agency with a difference. What youll be doing:
- Create killer creatives for social media campaigns and performance ads
- Create UX/UI optimised landing pages to generate conversions
- Develop strategies planning and designs for organic social media campaigns
- Create edit proofread and ensure all published materials are error free.
- Establish AI optimised design protocols that are focused on A/B testing
- Analyse the performance of your ads in terms of CTR and CVR
What we need:
- Knowledge in PhotoShop Illustrator Figma
- Knowledge in motion design and/or social media strategy
- Bonus skills would include Sketch UXPin Balsamiq HTML5
- Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Energetic and willing to work as a team.
- Portuguese and/or Spanish - English is required.
