Job Description
Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Bhilai Chhattishgarh
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules ensuring quality standards and optimizing production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and proven leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet company objectives
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize production workflow
- Manage production staff and provide training and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial Engineering Operations Management)
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
