Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney with an interest in residential real estate law. Youll work on a high volume of closings and gain hands-on experience interfacing with clients lenders brokers and title companies. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented tactful under pressure and eager to build a career in a fast-paced high-efficiency legal setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency
- Conduct residential real estate closings involving lenders buyers and sellers
- Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia
- Complete a thorough review of each assigned title search.
- Hold either a current appointment as a Georgia Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to starting work
- Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situation
- Title curative
Experience You’ll Need:
- JD from accredited Law School
- Georgia bar license required
- One or more years of residential real-estate law experience required.
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Title review experience
