Are you a certified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with a passion for property and sustainability Join Keylr a fast-growing platform supporting property managers with essential services.
Were expanding our network of freelance professionals and are looking for qualified EPC Assessors to conduct energy assessments on residential properties across London. In this role youll evaluate homes for energy efficiency generate accurate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and lodge them into the official Register.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) assessments in line with current regulations while adhering to the schedule
- Survey residential properties and record relevant data as accurate as possible
- Upload assessments to the national EPC register
- Liaise with landlords agents and tenants as needed.

Requirements
What Youll Need:
- Must hold at least a valid DEA Level 3 qualification and accreditation with a government-approved EPC accreditation body
- Up-to-date public liability insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transport (preferred)
- A current DBS certificate
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using EPC software to generate accurate reports
- Excellent time management and self-organisation skills
