We re seeking a proactive and adaptable Part-Time Technical Recruiter to support diverse hiring needs across our client portfolio. This is a full-cycle recruitment role with a strong emphasis on technical positions but also includes occasional non-technical mandates. Youll thrive here if youre comfortable sourcing independently engaging candidates cold and working in a fast-paced agency-style environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and non-technical roles across multiple client accounts.
- Follow pre-established SLAs to ensure timely and high-quality hiring delivery.
- Leverage our in-house sourcing tools ATS and external platforms to identify top talent.
- Conduct proactive outreach through cold emails LinkedIn messages and phone calls to attract passive candidates.
- Screen assess and present qualified candidates to hiring managers coordinating interviews and managing offers.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and maintain strong communication throughout the process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency or consulting environment.
- Comfortable hiring for both technical roles (e.g. developers architects engineers) and non-technical roles (e.g. operations marketing sales).
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying and engaging passive talent.
- Confident in using cold outreach strategies (calls emails etc.) to generate candidate interest.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems Boolean search and candidate screening techniques.
- Organized self-driven and able to manage multiple requisitions independently in a remote setting.
