Role Overview:

The Solutions Program Manager is a high-impact cross-functional leader responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of supply chain and business solutionsfrom strategic planning to hands-on implementation. This role blends program leadership with tactical execution taking ownership of both operational details and technical components to ensure consistent high-quality delivery.

Serving as a key liaison between internal teams customers and business stakeholders the Program Manager not only leads but actively performs the tactical work required to move programs forwardconfiguring solutions managing timelines resolving issues and refining processes.

With a continuous growth mindset this role champions collaboration drives process optimization and aligns initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison across internal teams and external partners throughout the full program lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with project teams stakeholders and executive sponsors to align on goals and execution.
  • Design configure and deliver scalable solutions that support customer business processes and drive measurable results.
  • Manage both the tactical execution and technical ownership of assigned programsensuring outcomes align with scope quality and business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support pre-sales efforts shape solution strategy and drive revenue growth through tailored offerings.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture requirements analyze current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentationincluding process flows specifications and program requirements and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing and successful go-live transitions during new program implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement revenue growth or operational optimization within existing programs in partnership with sales.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism collaboration and accountability across all touchpoints.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into executable plans and deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented highly organized and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and expectations.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills including prioritization execution and team coordination.
  • Proficient in Excel Power BI or similar analytics/reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana Smartsheet Jira or similar).
  • Experience with ERP CRM or supply chain systems is a plus.

Education/Experience:

  • 58 years of experience in Program Management Solutions Delivery Strategy or business operations preferably in supply chain sales or technology services
  • Bachelors Degree Required in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related discipline and/or experience equivalent

Preferred Experience:

  • Supply Chain/Business Optimization/Strategy
  • Experience working with sales IT Supply Chain finance and other stakeholders to drive collaborative value
  • Process Design for Distribution/Operations/Supply Chain
  • Experience working directly with corporate partners
