We partner with many of the regions top commercial properties - delivering landscape maintenance design and construction snow services irrigation solutions and exterior facility enhancements. As development continues to boom in Greater Nashville were scaling with it and growing our sales team to match.
Were looking for a motivated detail-driven Business Development Associate to help support and accelerate that growth. This is a key opportunity to contribute to our commercial sales engine while working in a collaborative high-performance team environment.

What Youll Do:
Research and identify new B2B sales opportunities using tools like LinkedIn business journals and CRM data
Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone email virtual meetings and occasional in-person events
Qualify prospects through thoughtful needs analysis and document key insights in Aspire CRM
Build early-stage relationships that establish trust credibility and sales momentum
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support RFP responses proposals and presentations
Help manage sales metrics and reporting to ensure pipeline health and data accuracy
Maintain organized lead lists and help drive local market visibility through branding and networking activities
What You Bring:
1-3 years of experience in sales support customer service or business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional upbeat tone
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; comfort learning new tech tools
Local market awareness and/or B2B service industry familiarity is a plus
A collaborative mindset a strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally
