Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Mechanic Apprentice. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with trailer diagnostics and repairs along with the ability to manage daily service tasks in a busy shop environment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair all types of company trailers
Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM)
Troubleshoot individual trailer issues as they arrive at the shop
Repair and replace doors skin panels roofs floors and brake systems
Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and services
Assist with general mechanic shop duties as assigned
Qualifications:
5 years of hands-on trailer repair experience
Solid knowledge of trailer components and systems
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced mechanic shop environment
Must have some of your own mechanic tools
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Dependable and able to work Saturdays as needed
