We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access infrastructure and safety.

About the opportunity
If you are passionate about developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning then this role may be for you. We are seeking a dynamic Capability Development Facilitator to elevate our workforce through engaging purposeful learning experiences and development programs.
Your Impact:
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that lift capability and performance
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and tailor solutions
- Facilitate leadership programs team development initiatives and coaching to drive capability across our organisation
- Coordinate leadership training activities manage logistics and track progress ensuring seamless program delivery
- Promote a culture aligned with VicRoads values and strategic objectives
About you:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or Train-the-Trainer qualification is essential
- Proven experience facilitating and designing learning content in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple programs and manage learning systems
- Have a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
