Job Title
Technical Program ManagerWhat you will do:
- Manage complex projects for product compliance and customer requests
- Review analyze and track various milestones throughout the release lifecycle
- Track projects entering and leaving the release & report weekly state of the release to management and PMO
- Facilitate daily calls to track testing issues and host client implementation review calls
- Manage the Business Command Center (BCC) during a major release
- Identify trends and provide updates on projects and teams potentially at risk for releases
What you will need to have:
- 4 years of previous project coordination release management or project management experience
- 4 years of experience in an Agile environment
- 4 years of experience with tools such as JIRA or MS Project
- 2 years of experience with the software development life cycle and release management process
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education work and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Industry certifications
- Big 4 consulting experience
- Ability to effectively communicate amongst technical and non-technical teams
- Work independently on releases with minimal direct supervision
